Surana Solar Limited announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

• The reconstitution follows the resignation of Mr. Boorugu Sri Nagesh, who stepped down as Chairman and member of both committees effective 22 February 2025.
• At its meeting held on 3 May 2025, the Board of Directors reconstituted the committees.
• Audit Committee: Mrs. Sanjana Jain, Independent Director, has been re-designated as the Chairperson of the committee effective 3 May 2025.
• Nomination and Remuneration Committee: Mrs. Sanjana Jain, Independent Director, has been inducted as a new Member and Chairperson of the committee effective 22 February 2025, replacing Mr. Boorugu Sri Nagesh.
• The composition of both committees post-reconstitution is:
  • Audit Committee: Mrs. Sanjana Jain (Chairman), Mr. Narender Surana (Member), Mr. N Krupakar Reddy (Member).
  • Nomination and Remuneration Committee: Mrs. Sanjana Jain (Chairman), Mr. Narender Surana (Member), Mr. N Krupakar Reddy (Member).
