- Revenue from operations stood at ₹38.80 crore, significantly up from ₹17.71 crore.
- Profit After Tax was ₹0.05 crore, a turnaround from a loss of ₹1.26 crore in the previous year.

- Revenue from operations was ₹2.52 crore, down from ₹3.93 crore.
- Loss After Tax was ₹0.71 crore, compared to a loss of ₹0.15 crore in the same quarter last year.
- Basic EPS was ₹(0.14), compared to ₹(0.03).
Other significant decisions taken by the Board:
- Approved the disinvestment of 49% of the company's equity stake held in M/s. Surana Technologies Private Limited. The disinvestment process may be initiated at an appropriate time in the future.
- Approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, re-designating Smt. Sanjana Jain as the Chairperson effective from 3 May 2025.
- Approved the reconstitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointing Smt. Sanjana Jain as member and Chairperson effective from 22 February 2025.
- Took note of the resignation of Shri. Boorugu Sri Nagesh from the position of Independent Director with effect from the close of business hours on 22 February 2025.
