Suryoday Small Finance Bank announced that Mr. Baskar Babu Ramachandran, the MD & CEO and Promoter, purchased 1,50,000 equity shares of the bank from the open market on 17 Mar 25. Following this acquisition, the promoter group's holding in the bank has increased to 22.44% from 22.30%, and Mr. Ramachandran's individual holding has risen to 5.18% from 5.04%.
