Transformers And Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) announced record-breaking FY25 performance.
Achieved highest-ever production of 29,118 MVAs, up from 16,425 MVAs in FY24.
Total order inflow for FY25 reached ₹4,504 crore, the highest in company history.
Unexecuted order book stood at ₹5,132 crore as of March 31, 2025, providing revenue visibility for 15-18 months.
Secured a landmark order of ₹740 crore from GETCO, the largest single order ever.
Successfully raised ₹500 crore via QIP for backward integration and capacity expansion.
Q4 FY25 standalone revenue was ₹647 crore with an EBITDA margin of 17.1% and PAT margin of 11.6%.
For FY25, standalone revenue grew by 53% to ₹1,950 crore, EBITDA surged by 149% to ₹320 crore, and PAT jumped by 325% to ₹187 crore.
Consolidated revenue for FY25 was ₹2,051 crore with a PAT margin of 10.1%.
Company is undertaking capex of ₹550 crore in the next 15 months for expansion and backward integration, targeting 100% backward integration.
Capacity expansion includes 15,000 MVA (Phase 1 by May 2025) and 22,000 MVA EHV (by Feb 2026), increasing total capacity to 75,000 MVA.
Aiming to become a US$1 billion revenue company in the next 3 years.
Management expects margins of 16-17% going forward, focusing on operational efficiencies and backward integration.
Order inflow target for next financial year is around ₹8,000 crore.
Company is entering HVDC segment and has capability to manufacture up to 1,200 kV transformers.
Chairman, Mr. Jitendra Mamtora, highlighted that backward integration will provide a competitive edge in order booking and margins.
