• The appointment is for a period of five years, effective from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030.
• This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 13, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
• The appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
