Tata Steel Limited has released its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for FY2024-25, forming part of the company’s 10th Integrated Report and 118th Annual Accounts.
The BRSR and the Independent Reasonable Assurance Report on BRSR Core Indicators are available on the company's website.
The report includes disclosures on both standalone and consolidated bases.
Mergers of Angul Energy Limited, Bhubaneshwar Power Private Limited, and The Indian Steel & Wire Products Limited have been retrospectively accounted for.
Consolidated disclosures include Tata Steel Limited and its 9 key subsidiary companies which constitute 99% of Tata Steel’s consolidated revenues, 95% of Tata Steel Group’s employee base and 99% of Tata Steel Group’s emission footprint.
Tata Steel Consolidated turnover is ₹ 2,18,542.51 crore, including ₹ 2,02,984.75 crore from sale of steel products.
Tata Steel Standalone turnover is ₹ 1,32,516.66 crore, including ₹ 1,22,825.46 crore from sale of steel products.
The company has 76 plants and 143 offices in India, and 39 plants and 20 offices outside India.
The company serves 28 states and 8 Union Territories in India and 94 countries internationally.
Export revenue from Tata Steel (Standalone) is ₹ 7,700.45 crore, which is 6% of the total revenue.
