Teamlease Services Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. The window will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1 Apr 25 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the board meeting closure, tentatively until 23 May 25.

The closure is in connection with the upcoming Board Meeting for the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending 31 Mar 25. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated separately.
