Thirumalai Chemicals Limited's Fund Raising Committee approved the allotment of senior, secured, unlisted, redeemable non‐convertible debentures.
The debentures have a face value of ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs Only) each.
The total amount of debentures allotted aggregates to ₹100,00,00,000 (One Hundred Crores Only).
These debentures are issued on a private placement basis, in three series and one or more tranches.
The meeting for the allotment was held on 09th June, 2025 from 03.30 PM to 05:10 PM.
