Transworld Shipping Lines Limited (formerly Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Ltd) announced that the High Court of Judicature of Tamil Nadu at Chennai (Madras) issued an Arrest Order on 30th April 2025 for the company's vessel, SSL Sabarimalai.

• The order was based on a fresh plea filed by M/s. Torque Technics.
• The plea stemmed from an unpaid invoice of ₹1,501,750/- (net off TDS) for ship repair services availed by the company for the SSL Sabarimalai vessel.
• The invoice allegedly remained unpaid because it was sent to a dormant email address of company officials.
• M/s. Torque Technics approached the High Court requesting settlement of the overdue amount.
• Transworld Shipping Lines has taken note of the matter and stated it shall make the payment of ₹1,501,750/-.
• The financial impact on the company is quantifiable as the amount of the unpaid bill, ₹1,501,750/- (net off TDS excluding legal cost).
