UCO Bank Re-appoints Non-Official Directors

UCO Bank has re-nominated Shri Ravi Kumar Agrawal and Shri Anjan Talukdar as part-time Non-Official Directors.
The re-appointment is for a period of one year effective from 11 April 2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
This re-nomination is based on Central Government notifications dated 11 April 2025.
Shri Ravi Kumar Agrawal is a Chartered Accountant and partner at 'Agrawal and Bardiya'.
Shri Anjan Talukdar has over 30 years of experience and is currently Director-cum-Company Secretary of Premier Cryogenics Ltd.
The directors are not related to any other directors of the bank and are not debarred from holding office by SEBI or any other regulatory authority.
