Ujaas Energy Limited's Board of Directors, in their meeting on June 02, 2025, allotted 45,06,049 bonus equity shares.
The bonus shares are of ₹ 1/- each, issued in the ratio of 17:25 i.e., 17 fully paid-up equity shares for every 25 existing shares.
The record date for the bonus issue was May 30, 2025.
Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital has increased from 10,66,26,581 shares (₹ 10,66,26,581) to 11,11,32,630 shares (₹ 11,11,32,630).
The bonus equity shares rank pari passu with existing fully paid-up equity shares.
