Viceroy Hotels Limited announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, reporting strong performance.

- EBITDA: ₹37.55 crores, up 61.01% from ₹23.3 crores in FY24.
- EBITDA Margins: 27.61%, up 808 bps from 19.53% in FY24.
- Profit Before Tax (PBT): ₹21.16 crores, up 332.26% from ₹4.89 crores in FY24.

For Q4 FY25 (Y-o-Y Q4 FY24):
- Total Income: ₹36.6 crores, up 5.4% from ₹34.7 crores in Q4 FY24.
- EBITDA: ₹10.8 crores, up 59.0% from ₹6.8 crores in Q4 FY24.
- PAT: ₹7.7 crores, up 5727.6% from ₹0.1 crores in Q4 FY24.
Segmental Performance for Q4 FY25:
- Occupancy: 75.2% (Y-o-Y).
- ADR: ₹7769.0 (Y-o-Y 3.31% increase).
- RevPAR: ₹5248.5 (Y-o-Y -0.93% decrease).
- Room Revenue: ₹19.2 crores (Y-o-Y -1.99% decrease).
- F&B Revenue: ₹15.0 crores (Y-o-Y 9.6% increase).
Commenting on the results, Mr. Ravinder Reddy Kondareddy, Managing Director & CEO, stated, "We are pleased to announce a strong performance this quarter and FY25, marking our first full-year report under the new management team. We have recorded a revenue of ₹136.02 Cr, reflecting a robust growth of 13.87% in FY25."
Key Developments:
- Pursuant to the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s order dated March 3, 2025, all litigation concerning the Telangana State Wakf Board’s claim over a portion of land owned by the Company has been conclusively resolved.
- Signed an Operating Agreement with Marriott Hotels India Private Limited for operations of a new hotel to be constructed at Madhapur, Hyderabad, with a capacity of up to 200 rooms.
- Renovation of existing hotels is progressing, including adding 56 new guest rooms, a new spa and gym, and a rooftop pool and bar to the Courtyard by Marriott. The renovation will be done in a phased manner over the next 3-4 years.
