Yes Bank has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1 Apr 25. This closure will remain in effect until 2 days after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ending 31 Mar 25. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of these financial results will be announced in due course.
