Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (ZAGGLE) announced the completion of investment and acquisition in Mobileware Technologies Private Limited on 25 Mar 25.

Key details:

• Invested ₹15.6 crores for 26% ownership in Mobileware on a post-issue and fully diluted basis. The Share Subscription Agreement and Shareholders Agreement were executed on 24 Mar 25.
• Acquired 4,622 equity shares for ₹7.25 crores from Mobileware promoters, representing 12.34% of post-closing issued and paid-up capital on a fully diluted basis. The Share Purchase Agreement was executed on 24 Mar 25.
• Following these transactions, Zaggle's total shareholding in Mobileware stands at 38.34% on a post-issue and fully diluted basis.
• Mr. Avinash Ramesh Godkhindi, Managing Director and CEO of Zaggle, has been appointed as an Investor Director on the Board of Mobileware.
