Zota Health Care Limited allotted 7,95,000 fully paid-up equity shares.
Face value: ₹10 per share.
Allotment price: ₹900 per share (including a premium of ₹890 per share).
Preferential allotment to Non-Promoter Group Category.
Total consideration received: ₹71.55 Crore (Rupees Seventy One Crores Fifty Five Lakhs).
Allotment approved by the Board of Directors on April 17, 2025, via circular resolution, following receipt of share application money.
Paid-up equity capital increased from ₹28,63,50,330 to ₹29,43,00,330.
Allottees are Valiant Mauritius Partners Offshore Limited (5,65,086 shares) and Valiant Mauritius Partners Limited (2,29,914 shares), both Non-Promoter category.
