Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, 14th May, 2025.

The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025.

In connection with this, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities will continue to remain closed until 16th May, 2025, which is 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
