Zydus Lifesciences Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Tushar Shroff as President-Finance, who will be part of the Senior Management Personnel. The appointment is effective from April 30, 2025.

• The appointment was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
• The company intends to strengthen its finance team in view of the increase in business operations and the complexity of its business.
• Mr. Tushar Shroff is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant.
• He has over 29 years of post-qualification experience, with 20 years in the pharma industry and over 15 years as a Chief Financial Officer.
• His experience includes managing pharmaceutical life cycles, business partnering, operational finance, corporate finance, M&A, divestures, licensing, treasury, fundraising, investor relations, and strategic finance.
• He has previously worked with companies including ABB Limited, Piramal Healthcare Limited, Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited, Sterlite Technologies Limited, and also had a prior tenure with Zydus Lifesciences Limited from December 2010 to January 2019.
• The appointment is for a full-time employment term.
