AGI Greenpac Limited announced that the Hon'ble Supreme Court, vide an order dated May 16, 2025, has dismissed the Company’s Review Petition (C) bearing no. 657/2025.

• The Review Petition was filed against the Supreme Court’s judgment dated January 29, 2025, in matters related to the proposed acquisition of Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited (HNGIL) by AGI Greenpac under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (IBC), 2016.
• The dismissal was except for a modification, taking specific note of certain submissions made by the counsel for the Respondent(s) during the hearing.
• The reasons for the dismissal shall follow in due course.
• This announcement follows earlier disclosures dated January 29, 2025, February 11, 2025, and April 5, 2025, regarding the judgment and the filing of the Review Petition.
