Asian Paints to Hold 79th AGM on June 26, Proposes Final Dividend of ₹20.50 Per Share

Asian Paints Limited will hold its 79th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 26th June 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), with the Company's Registered Office serving as the deemed venue.
The Board of Directors has approved a final dividend of ₹20.50 (Rupees Twenty and Fifty Paise only) per equity share of face value of ₹1 (Rupee One only) for the financial year ended 31st March 2025. This dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders at the upcoming AGM.
If approved by the shareholders, the final dividend will be paid on or after Monday, 31st June 2025.
The record date for determining the eligibility of members for both remote e-voting and the final dividend is Thursday, 19th June 2025.
The remote e-voting period will commence on Sunday, 22nd June 2025, at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and will conclude on Wednesday, 25th June 2025, at 5:00 p.m. (IST). An e-voting facility will also be available during the AGM.
Mr. Makrand Joshi (CP No.: 3662) has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process and the e-voting conducted during the AGM.
The Notice convening the 79th AGM and the Integrated Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 have been sent electronically to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company or Depository Participants.
Shareholders holding shares in physical form are mandatorily required to update their PAN, contact details, bank account details, and specimen signatures. Unclaimed dividends will only be remitted upon registration of their latest KYC details.

Asian Paints Limited announced that its 79th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 26th June 2025, at 11:00 a.m. IST via Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

The company has issued letters dated 3rd June 2025 to those shareholders who have not registered their email addresses with the company or its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) or Depository Participants.
These letters provide a weblink and QR code for accessing the Notice of the 79th AGM, dated 8th May 2025, and the Integrated Annual Report of the company for the financial year 2024-25.
Electronic copies of the AGM Notice and Integrated Annual Report for FY 2024-25 are being sent to all shareholders whose email addresses are registered.
