- Sustainability Commitments & Performance: The company aims to achieve ~95% traceability to mills (TTM) for self-sourced palm oil and ensure 99% of packaging materials are recyclable by FY26. In FY25, over 90% of palm oil sourced was traceable to mills, all palm refineries were RSPO certified, and approximately 98% of packing material was recyclable. Renewable sources contributed 11% to the company's energy consumption, with solar panels installed at 13 locations. The company also added 2 zero liquid discharge (ZLD) plants, bringing the total to 11 ZLD systems with a combined treatment capacity of 3,100 kiloliters per day. Additionally, 50,501 trees were planted across manufacturing sites in FY24-25.
- Grievance Redressal: All 1 shareholder complaint, 52 employee/worker complaints, and 3,727 customer complaints received in FY24-25 were resolved by the year-end.
- Governance & Policies: The company maintains an anti-corruption and anti-bribery policy. No disciplinary actions were taken against Directors, KMPs, employees, or workers for bribery/corruption in FY24-25 or FY23-24.
