The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Jaipur Bench, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Vindhyawasini Sales Private Limited (Transferor Company) with Bikaji Foods International Limited (Transferee Company) on June 06, 2025.
The order sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation as approved by the NCLT is awaited.

Bikaji Foods International Limited (BIKAJI) has announced the publication of its Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.

The results were approved by the Company's Board of Directors at their meeting held on Thursday, May 15, 2025.
The results have been published in the English language newspaper "Financial Express" and the vernacular language newspaper "Nafa Nuksan" on Friday, May 16, 2025.
Copies of the newspaper publications have been submitted to the stock exchanges.

Appointment of M/s V.M. & Associates and M/s S.K. Joshi & Associates as Joint Secretarial Auditors for a 5-year term from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030, subject to shareholder approval.
Approved further investment in Bikaji Foods Retail Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, up to ₹ 15 Crore.
Approved investment in Jai Barbareek Dev Snacks Private Limited up to ₹ 20 Crore in the form of Optionally Convertible Debentures.
