Dodla Dairy Limited announced that its officials will be attending an Investor Conference organized by Investec in Singapore. The meeting is scheduled for 11th June 2025, starting from 10:00 AM (SGT) onwards. The nature of the meeting will be 1x1 / Group sessions. Dodla Dairy Limited has released its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on 19 May 2025.
The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹ 2 per equity share of face value ₹ 10 for the financial year ended 31 March 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.
Standalone Financial Results:
Total Income from Operations: ₹ 34,121.69 lakh for the year ended March 31, 2025, compared to ₹ 29,322.41 lakh in the previous year.
Net Profit after tax: ₹ 2,469.82 lakh for the year ended March 31, 2025, versus ₹ 1,538.81 lakh in the previous year.
Earnings Per Share: Basic and Diluted EPS of ₹ 41.11 for the year ended March 31, 2025, compared to ₹ 25.87 in the previous year.
Consolidated Financial Results:
Total Income from Operations: ₹ 37,733.59 lakh for the year ended March 31, 2025, compared to ₹ 31,528.79 lakh in the previous year.
Net Profit after tax: ₹ 2,599.30 lakh for the year ended March 31, 2025, versus ₹ 1,667.36 lakh in the previous year.
Earnings Per Share: Basic and Diluted EPS of ₹ 43.27 for the year ended March 31, 2025, compared to ₹ 28.03 in the previous year.

Approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025.
Recommended a final dividend of ₹2 (20%) per equity share of face value of ₹10 each for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. If approved, the dividend will be paid/dispatched within 30 days of declaration. Record date is fixed as 07 July 2025.
Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Dodla Sunil Reddy as Managing Director for a further term of 5 years, effective from 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2031, subject to shareholder approval.

Dodla Dairy's PAT surpassed ₹2,599 million in FY25, a 55.9% YoY increase, with revenue of ₹37,201 million, up 19% YoY.
The growth was driven by faster growth in VAP (Value Added Products), healthy performance in Africa, and the Orgafeed business.
The Board approved a dividend distribution of ₹2 per share (20% of face value).
FY25 Revenue: ₹37,201 million (up 19% YoY).
FY25 EBITDA: ₹3,808 million (up 31.8% YoY).
FY25 PAT: ₹2,599 million (up 55.9% YoY).
Q4FY25 Revenue: ₹9,096 million (up 15.5% YoY).
Q4FY25 EBITDA: ₹835 million (up 10.7% YoY).
Q4FY25 PAT: ₹680 million (up 45.1% YoY).
VAP sales increased by 28.2% YoY for the quarter, with VAP contributing 35% to FY25 sales.
Average milk procurement for Q4FY25 witnessed a marginal decrease due to the lean season.
The company has a net debt-free status and a healthy ROCE of 24.4% as of 31st March 2025.
The company operates in Uganda through its subsidiary Lakeside Dairy Ltd and in Kenya through Dodla Dairy Kenya Ltd and Country Delight Dairy Ltd.
The company is expanding its footprint in Maharashtra with the purchase of 61 acres of land for the dairy business and 12 acres for the Orgafeed business.
