Profit After Tax increased 137.5% YoY to ₹ 50.8Cr.
FY25 Highlights:
Revenue from operations grew 11.3% YoY to ₹ 2,436.1Cr.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 25.9% YoY to ₹ 285.0Cr, with margins improving to 11.7%.
Profit After Tax increased 78.4% YoY to ₹ 163.3Cr.
The company reported a ~10-fold increase in PAT in 2 years.
A&SP spends were up 25% YoY in FY25.
Management Commentary: Mr. Pratik Pota, MD & CEO, stated that the company exited the second full year of transformation with another quarter of double-digit growth and lifetime high profitability. He highlighted the impact of transformation initiatives, with growth stepping up from 2.2% in FY23 to 12.0% in FY25. The focus ahead will be on driving service revenue, continuing innovations, and further improving margins. He expressed confidence in driving sustained profitable growth in the year ahead.
