Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited (HSCL) has allotted 4,000 units of commercial paper.
The commercial paper has a face value of ₹5,00,000 each, aggregating to ₹200 Crore.
The allotment date is 27 June 2025, with a maturity date of 25 September 2025.
The coupon/interest rate offered is 6.30% per annum.
The commercial paper is unsecured and issued in favor of Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Himadri Speciality Chemical is transferring equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) as per Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013.
This transfer involves shares for which dividends remained unclaimed or unpaid for 7 consecutive years or more, specifically from the financial year ended 31 March 2018 onwards.
Shareholders who have not claimed dividends for the financial year ended 31 March 2018 and onwards are requested to claim them on or before 9 October 2025.
Unclaimed dividends for the financial year ended 31 March 2018 will be transferred to the IEPF Authority on 10 October 2025.

Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited (HSCL) announced that its Promoters, including their Persons Acting in Concert (PAC), have declared that their shares were free from any undisclosed encumbrance for the financial year ended 31 March 2025.

This disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
Mr. Anurag Choudhary submitted the disclosure on behalf of all Promoters and PAC, confirming no undisclosed encumbrance during FY2024-25.

Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited (HSCL) announced on 24 June 2025 that it has paid the total purchase consideration for acquiring a 16.24% stake in International Battery Company, Inc. (IBC).
IBC is a Delaware corporation.
The acquisition is for a 16.24% stake on a fully diluted basis.
The total purchase consideration paid is USD 4.43 Million (approximately ₹3.68 crore) in cash.
The payment covers:
- Purchase of 600,000 (Six Lakhs) common stock from an existing shareholder.
- Subscription of 2,100,000 (Twenty-One Lakhs) common stock.
- Subscription of 379,175 (Three Lakhs Seventy-Nine Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five) Series A Preferred Stock.
This transaction is a continuation of an earlier announcement made on 22 May 2025, where the Board of Directors had approved the acquisition.
