Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) to conduct Postal Ballot for Raj Kumar Dubey's appointment as Director

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) is conducting a Postal Ballot to seek the approval of its members for the appointment of Shri Raj Kumar Dubey as a Director of the Company.
Shri Raj Kumar Dubey was nominated by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and was appointed by the Board as an Additional Director and Chairman (Non-Executive) with effect from May 01, 2025.
The remote e-voting period for the postal ballot will commence from Thursday, June 26, 2025 (09:00 hours IST) and will conclude on Friday, July 25, 2025 (17:30 hours IST).
The results of the Postal Ballot are scheduled to be announced on or before Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
The Postal Ballot Notice, along with the Explanatory Statement and instructions for remote e-voting, will be sent by electronic mode only to members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories.
KFIN Technologies Limited (KFintech) has been engaged to provide the remote e-voting facility.
Members whose names appear in the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, June 13, 2025, will be considered for the purpose of voting.
Shri Raj Kumar Dubey has over 36 years of industry experience in Business and Human Capital Development and is currently Director (HR) with additional charge of Director (Marketing) in BPCL.

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) has announced a change in its Senior Management.

Shri Manoj Kumar Gupta has joined IGL on deputation from BPCL (Promoter Company) as Head (CNG SBU) with effect from May 1, 2025.
He replaces Shri Rajeev Kumar, who has been repatriated to BPCL.
Shri Manoj Kumar Gupta is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi.
He has approximately 29 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector in areas including Operation, Engineering, Projects, and Marketing, having joined BPCL in 1996.

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) announced plans to establish a solar power plant in Rajasthan through a joint venture with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL). The estimated equity investment by IGL is approximately ₹382 crores. This decision was approved at a board meeting held on 29 Mar 25, which commenced at 3:00 PM and concluded at 5:30 PM. The proposed investment is contingent upon the execution of a definitive agreement and the fulfillment of standard conditions.
