Kolte-Patil Developers received CCI approval for Blackstone's proposed transaction.
The deal involves a preferential issue of 1,26,75,685 equity shares at ₹329 per share, aggregating to ₹417.03 crore, to BREP Asia III India Holding Co VII Pte. Ltd. (Blackstone).
Blackstone will also purchase ~25.7% of the company’s post-issue equity share capital.
Stock exchanges have also accorded their in-principle approval prior to issue and allotment of securities on a preferential basis.

Kolte-Patil Developers Limited announced on 30 May 2025 that its proposed preferential issue of equity shares has received member approval. The company had previously filed applications for in-principle approval with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE).

An Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) was held on 10 April 2025, where the members of the company approved the proposed Preferential Issue of Equity Shares with the requisite majority.
A corrigendum dated 05 April 2025 to the EOGM Notice had clarified the investment strategy for unutilized funds from the issue.
The company confirmed that any amount pending utilization towards the objects of the issue will be invested only in low-risk instruments such as debt mutual funds or term deposits with scheduled commercial banks on a temporary basis, in accordance with applicable laws, and not in high-risk or capital-eroding instruments.
This submission is made in compliance with Regulation 30 and 51 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Kolte-Patil Developers reported highest ever total income of ₹1,764 crore in FY25, up 27% YoY.
FY25 sales value reached ₹2,791 crore with sales volume at 3.6 Mn sq. ft.
Collections hit a record ₹2,432 crore, an 18% YoY increase.
EBITDA stood at ₹227 crore, a 252% YoY increase.
Operating cash flow surged to ₹880 crore, up 102% YoY.
Net debt as of 31st March 2025, was ₹(5) crore.
The company signed a ~22 acres joint development project in Pune with a potential saleable area of ~5 Mn sq. ft. and GDV of ~₹4,000 crore during the year.
Launched projects with a total GDV of ~₹4,000 crore, with ~42% of FY25 pre-sales value coming from new launches.
Average realizations improved by 8% YoY to ₹7,758 per sq. ft.
Kolte-Patil is leveraging its brand to launch new projects and phases, expanding into high-potential micro-markets and accelerating sales at Life Republic project.
Targeting new business development across geographies through outright/structured deals and JVs/JDAs.
