Ola Electric designates KMPs for material event disclosures to stock exchanges

Ola Electric Mobility Limited has authorized specific Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) to determine the materiality of events or information.
These KMPs are also authorized for making disclosures of material events or information to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited.
This action is in compliance with Regulation 30(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The authorized KMPs include:
- Bhavish Aggarwal, Chairman & Managing Director
- Harish Abichandani, Chief Financial Officer
The announcement was made on June 14, 2025.

Mr. Pritam Das Mohapatra has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Ola Electric Mobility Limited, effective from the close of business hours on 13 June 2025.
The resignation is due to Mr. Mohapatra pursuing an alternate career outside the organization.
The company has accepted his resignation and has also informed the stock exchanges about the same.
