ICRA Limited has reaffirmed the long-term and short-term credit ratings for Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited.
The outlook for these ratings has been revised from "Stable" to "Positive".
The long-term fund-based facilities (Overdraft and Cash Credit) have been reaffirmed at [ICRA] A- (Positive).
The long-term/short-term non-fund based facilities (Bank Guarantee) have been reaffirmed at [ICRA] A- (Positive) / [ICRA]A2+.

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited announced that shareholders approved the sub-division/split of equity shares and alteration of the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association (MoA).
The approval was granted via Ordinary Resolution through Postal Ballot on June 7, 2025, as per the Scrutinizer's Report dated June 7, 2025.
The Authorised Share Capital remains at ₹60.50 Crore, but the division changes from 6,05,00,000 (Six Crores Five Lakhs) Equity Shares of ₹10 each to 12,10,00,000 (Twelve Crore Ten Lakhs) Equity Shares of ₹5 each.

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited announced the results of its postal ballot held on 8 May 2025.
The postal ballot sought shareholder approval for two resolutions:
Sub-division/split of existing 1 (one) equity share of face value of ₹ 10 each into 2 (two) equity shares of face value of ₹ 5 each.
Alteration of the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the company.
Both resolutions were approved by the members with the requisite majority on 7 June 2025.
For the share split, 2,56,63,423 votes were in favor and 1,279 votes were against.
For the alteration of capital clause, 2,56,63,333 votes were in favor and 1,350 votes were against.
