The company held 99.99% and Village De Nandi Private Limited held 0.01% partnership interest in the firm.
The total fixed capital contribution by the partners in Maheshwaram Land Holdings as on March 31, 2025, was ₹ 1,00,000.
Turnover for the year ended March 31, 2025, was Nil.
The partners have withdrawn their Fixed and Current account contribution of ₹ 50 crores.
The Promoters do not hold any interest in the partnership firm.

Prestige Estates Projects Announces Financial Results for Q4 & FY25

Prestige Estates Projects Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.
Consolidated total income from operations stood at ₹15,893 million for the quarter and ₹77,355 million for the year ended March 31, 2025.
The consolidated net profit for the period (after tax) was ₹431 million for the quarter and ₹6,169 million for the year ended March 31, 2025.
Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at ₹0.58 and ₹0.58 respectively for the quarter ended and ₹11.19 for the year ended March 31, 2025.
Standalone total income from operations was ₹7,389 million for the quarter and ₹32,890 million for the year ended March 31, 2025.
Standalone net profit for the period (after tax) was ₹172 million for the quarter and ₹1,865 million for the year ended March 31, 2025.
Basic and diluted EPS stood at ₹0.40 for the quarter and ₹4.46 for the year ended March 31, 2025.
These audited results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on May 29, 2025.
Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director, approved the release.
