Rajshree Polypack Limited (RPPL) has entered into a 90-year lease agreement with Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO).
This agreement, signed on June 20, 2025, is for setting up a new manufacturing unit in Odisha.
The new unit will be dedicated to manufacturing primary food packaging containers and other related products.
The company stated that this expansion will support its growth plans, significantly contribute to its business, and provide enhanced operational efficiencies.

Rajshree Polypack Limited (RPPL) announced its Q4 and H2 FY25 results in a conference call held on June 16, 2025.
FY25 revenue crossed ₹300 crore milestone, reaching ₹329.74 crore, a 20.17% increase YoY.
EBITDA improved by 26.12% to ₹46.30 crore, with margins rising to 14.04%.
PAT increased to ₹14.46 crore, with margins at 4.38%.
Q4 FY25 revenue stood at ₹90.05 crore, a 29.82% YoY growth.
Export revenues for Q4 FY25 were ₹19.55 crore, contributing 21.71% of the total quarterly revenue.
Injection moulding volumes increased significantly, contributing 12.84% of annual revenue.
Olive Ecopak, the joint venture, generated revenue of ₹16.38 crore in FY25, with ₹8.91 crore in Q4 FY25 and EBIDTA loss stood at ₹8.37 crore for FY25.
The company anticipates no more than ₹5 crore investment in Olive Ecopak during FY26.
The company is targeting a revenue of ₹365 to ₹370 crores, with roughly 15% of EBITA margin, and roughly a PAT of around ₹19 to 20 crores.
The company is looking to break even with Olive with revenue of around ₹90 crores in this financial year.
Management plans to focus on enhancing profitability, reducing borrowings and optimizing capacity utilization.
The company is deferring Odisha expansion for 12-15 months to consolidate operations.
