The existing symbol SATINDLTD will be changed to AEROENTER.
These changes will be effective from June 25, 2025.

M.R. Organisation Ltd., a subsidiary of Aeroflex Enterprises Limited (formerly SAT Industries Limited), has acquired a 51% equity stake in ABP Impex, based in Portugal (EU), through its USA subsidiary.
ABP Impex specialises in services for high-pressure compressors and has robust EBITDA margins.
The acquisition aims to expand M.R. Organisation’s compressor business and strengthen its position in the aftermarket and global compressor service sectors.
Key benefits include expansion of products and services in Portugal, Latin America, and Europe, cross-selling opportunities, and leveraging ABP Impex's industry expertise.
Mr. Mayur Kamdar (Managing Director – M.R. Organisation Limited) said, “This acquisition strategically expands us into the high-pressure compressor market, leveraging ABP’s specialised global service capabilities in Latin America and Europe, where we aim to establish a leading presence through technical excellence & service support.”

Sat Industries Limited (SATINDLTD) now known as Aeroflex Enterprises Limited, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, in a board meeting held on May 24, 2025.
The board has recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.30 (Thirty paisa) per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (i.e., at the rate of 15 %) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved, the dividend will be paid/dispatched within 30 days of the AGM.
M/s. SSN & Co, Practicing Chartered Accountants, have been re-appointed as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2025-26.
M/s. G H V & Co, Practicing Company Secretaries, have been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years, from the financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval.
Aeroflex Industries Limited, a subsidiary , launched a new product Metal Bellows” with an annual production capacity of 1,20,000 pieces.
The consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 shows total income of ₹16,659.10 lakhs and net profit after tax of ₹1,850.38 lakhs.
The standalone financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 shows revenue from operations of ₹99.31 lakhs and profit before tax of ₹259.96 lakhs.
The name of the Company has been changed to Aeroflex Enterprises Limited with effect from May 13,2025.
The company acquired 51% equity stake in M R Organisation Limited (MRO), engaged in the business of engineering services . Consequent upon this , MRO became a material subsidiary of the Company with effect from 29/07/2024 and (b) the Company's material subsidiary viz; Aeroflex Industries Limited acquired 100% holding in Hyd -Air Engincering Private Limited, engaged in the business flexible flow solution, consequently the latter became an wholly owned subsidiary of the former with effect from April 2,2024.

Sat Industries Amends MOA to Include AI, IT, and IP Businesses

Sat Industries Limited has announced amendments to the Main Object Clause of its Memorandum of Association (MOA).

The changes were approved by shareholders via a special resolution at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on April 21, 2025.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) approved the alteration on May 14, 2025.
Key amendments include the insertion of new clauses to carry on the business of:
- Incubating, developing, providing, and launching innovative artificial intelligence products, information technology products, related services, and software designing, development, customization, implementation, maintenance, testing, and benchmarking.
- Buying, selling, trading, exporting, importing, developing, inventing, acquiring, or taking on installment/hire purchase/lease basis, computer hardware, software, accessories, packages, intellectual property, and related or ancillary goods or services.
- Purchasing, acquiring, leasing, licensing, renting, hiring, managing, and exploiting all kinds of intellectual property rights.
An existing clause related to purchasing and letting on lease or hire various assets like machinery, vehicles, computers, and office equipment has been substituted.
The existing MOA has been substituted and replaced with a new MOA to align with the format prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013.

Sat Industries to Amalgamate Material Subsidiary Sah Polymers

Sat Industries Limited announced the amalgamation of its material subsidiary, Sah Polymers Limited, into the company, effective 1 Apr 25. The decision was approved at a board meeting held on 8 Mar 25. Sah Polymers is a leading manufacturer of plastic products with five production facilities. Following the amalgamation, Sah Polymers' business will be fully integrated into Sat Industries.
