The Board considered and approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2025.
- For the quarter ended 31 March 2025, the company reported a standalone revenue from operations of ₹51.9 crore and a profit of ₹4.4 crore. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at ₹0.77.
- For the financial year ended 31 March 2025, the standalone revenue from operations was ₹217.5 crore, with a profit of ₹19.3 crore. Basic EPS for the year was ₹3.46.
- The auditors have expressed an unmodified opinion on the Standalone Audited Financial Results.
Approved a proposal for extending blanket funding of up to ₹75 crore to group entities, in accordance with the company's prospectus regarding fund utilization.
Approved the appointment of M/s. Raghavan, Chaudhuri & Narayanan, Chartered Accountants, as the internal auditors of the company for the financial year 2025-26.
Approved the grant of 1,11,020 stock options to key employees of the Stanley Group under the ESOP Plan, 2022.
