Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) announced that a Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 10, 2025. The agenda for the meeting includes:

• Approval of the audited standalone financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Approval of the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025, for the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS.
• Consideration of an interim dividend declaration for equity shareholders.

If declared, the interim dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members or in the records of Depositories as beneficial owners as of Wednesday, July 16, 2025, which is the Record Date fixed for this purpose.

The trading window for the Company's equity shares has been closed for 'designated persons' from Monday, June 23, 2025, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.

• TCS is expanding its Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV) capabilities in Europe with three new hubs.
• Two new Automotive Delivery Centers are located in Munich and Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany.
• An engineering center is established in Romania.
• These centers will support automakers in autonomous driving, infotainment, safety systems, and connected vehicle technologies.
• The Romania center will focus on designing advanced automotive software platforms.
• These centers currently house over 100 professionals and will work with 2000 SDV Engineers across TCS global locations.
• Regu Ayyaswamy, Senior Vice President & Global Head, Internet of Things (IoT) and Digital Engineering at TCS, stated the new centers will position TCS at the forefront of automotive innovation.
• Anupam Singhal, President and Business Group Head, Manufacturing, TCS, said the company is deepening its commitment to support OEMs in building the next generation of intelligent, connected, and sustainable vehicles.

Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. (IST) to 5:49 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Video Means (OAVM). All resolutions proposed at the AGM were passed with the requisite majority through remote e-voting.

Key resolutions approved by the shareholders include:

• Adoption of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
• Confirmation of interim dividends (including a special dividend) and declaration of a final dividend on Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
• Re-appointment of Aarthi Subramanian as a Director.
• Appointment of Aarthi Subramanian as Whole-time Director, designated as "Executive Director - President and Chief Operating Officer".
• Appointment of Secretarial Auditors of the Company.
• Approval of material related party transactions with Tata Capital Limited, Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited, Tejas Networks Limited, Jaguar Land Rover Limited, and Tata Consultancy Services Japan, Ltd.

• TCS partners with the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) to modernize operations and improve efficiency.
• TCS will deploy TCS BaNCS for Reconciliations to streamline transactions and automate reconciliation using AI and automation.
• TCS BaNCS will automate the entire reconciliation lifecycle, offering real-time visibility and transparency, while reducing manual effort.
• Stefano Michelangeli, Head of Finance and Risk Systems at the CEB, said the automation in reconciliation will ensure error-free operations and improve overall efficiency.
• Venkateshwaran Srinivasan, Global Head, Financial Solutions, TCS, said that the deployment of TCS BaNCS will enable CEB to gain significant efficiency.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a long-term, strategic partnership with Salling Group, Denmark’s largest retailer. The collaboration, effective June 16, 2025, aims to drive digital transformation, AI-enabled cloud migration, sustainability, and improve operational efficiency across Salling Group's extensive network.

Key details of the partnership include:

• TCS will serve as Salling Group’s new strategic IT partner, deploying its AI-enabled Cloud Operations Solution, Cloud Exponence.
• The partnership covers Salling Group’s 2,100 stores, brands, and 68,000 employees across Denmark, Poland, Germany, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia. This includes brands like BR (toy store chain), franchise quick-service restaurants Carl’s Jr. and Starbucks, and grocers føtex, Bilka, Netto, and RIMI Baltic.
• TCS will support Salling Group’s cloud adoption journey, stabilize operations for agility, scalability, and sustainability, and enhance their e-commerce platform responsiveness.
