Times Guaranty Limited announced the outcome of its Postal Ballot, with the voting period closing and results declared on 12th June 2025.

The shareholders approved the following resolutions with the requisite majority:

Regularization of the appointment of Mrs. Anita Rajendra Malusare (DIN: 07773062) as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, passed as an Ordinary Resolution.
Approval for the change of the Company's name and consequent alteration in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, passed as a Special Resolution.
