Zodiac Energy Limited announced the closure of its Lucknow Branch located at Lila Heights, 1st Floor, B3/12, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (U.P.) -226010, effective from June 15, 2025, after business hours.

• The closure is part of the company's efforts to reduce its fixed operational costs.
• Zodiac Energy Limited will continue to serve its sales and services in Lucknow through its Resident Engineers.
• The company stated that the branch closure does not have any material and adverse impact on its operations.

Zodiac Energy Limited has successfully commissioned three solar power plants with capacities of 0.25 MWp, 1.1 MWp, and 0.5 MWp. These plants are located at Village Tandaliya, District Khedbrahma, Gujarat, bringing the total commissioned capacity to 1.85 MWp.

• Zodiac Energy Limited announced on 12 June 2025 the successful commissioning of its Solar Power Plant.
• The plant has a capacity of 3.40 MWp.
• It is located at Village -Nandotra, Tal - Vadgam, Dist- Banskantha, Gujarat.

• Zodiac Energy Limited has successfully commissioned a 4.204 MWp Solar Power Plant at Village Satadra, Tal Malpur, Dist Arvalli, Gujarat.
