Bajaj Finance Limited has announced changes in its Senior Management Personnel following a Board meeting on 29 April 2025.

• Elevations: Manish Jain, Sidhant Dadwal, and Harjeet Toor, currently Presidents, have been elevated to the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officers (CEOs). These elevations are effective from 1 May 2025. They will take on additional lines of business responsibility and continue to report to the Managing Director, Anup Saha.
• Cessation: Vivek Likhite, President - Corporate Audit Services, ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel upon attaining the age of superannuation in April 2025.
• De-classification: Kurush Irani, President - Corporate Social Responsibility, has been de-classified as Senior Management Personnel effective from 29 April 2025.
